Tolderia is nestled 50 kilometres east of Ermelo in the beautiful province of Mpumalanga. Tolderia is a serene countryside retreat that offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Our villa-style accommodation is ideal for both leisure and corporate retreats, providing breathtaking views of pine forests, rolling hills, and tranquil dams. The chalets
Tolderia offers a range of luxurious self-catering accommodations surrounded by nature’s beauty. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum convenience and comfort for our guests. Choose from four 3-bedroom chalets, or stay in one of our newly built 2-bedroom chalets designed for comfort and style, or book the dam house for the ultimate private escape.
The facilities
With three stunning dams, nature enthusiasts can indulge in fishing, watersports, swimming, birdwatching, and scenic viewing. An accessible slipway lets guests launch their boats and water sports equipment easily. Guests can also use the complimentary canoes or book the barge for a sunset cruise. The venue, located beneath an overhanging rock, is perfect for special occasions and includes a fully-equipped kitchen, bar, and braai facilities. Separate bathroom facilities are available on-site for added convenience.
Accommodation
3-Bedroom Chalets
We have four chalets, each with three bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, microwave, an oven with a stove, a dishwasher and tumble dryer. The living room includes a fireplace for those cold nights and a TV with selected DStv channels. A sliding door leads out onto a verandah with private braai amenities and a heated swimming pool.
2-Bedroom Chalets
Enjoy a comfortable stay in our modern two-bedroom chalets, each with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The chalets feature a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, and dishwasher. Relax in front of the fireplace while watching TV, or entertain your friends with the built-in braai. The living space has two stacked doors that create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
The Dam House
Book the Tolderia Dam House for a private getaway. The fully equipped self-catering house has two bedrooms (one with a queen and one with twin beds) and two bathrooms. Four extra mattresses are provided in the lounge to cater to larger groups. The dam house features a private slipway to launch your boat, a private swimming pool and an entertainment area with extra bathrooms for your convenience or to accommodate more guests during special events.
